Nigerian artiste, Rema has explained the reason why he wears masks most of the time even when performing.
Rema hosted his fans to a question and answers session on Instagram where he revealed details most people don’t know about him.
He revealed that he was seventeen when he made his first millions, that he would love to have a bat as pet as it represents his movement and his group of fans called “Ravers”.
Rema also revealed that his favorite shoe brand is Nike and that he was going to sketch his first shoe for young Africans to look fly and he would call it “Nike Ravers”.
A fan asked why he loves wearing masks and Rema responded with,
At first, it gave me a balance when i was nervous from my freestyles to my first performances. After I defeated that phase, I took it up to be my thing”
