Peruzzi’s former record label; “GoldenBoy Entertainment” sues him for alleged breach of contract.
It seems the “Only one” singer would be taking a trip to court soon as his former record label files a lawsuit against him.
A representative to the Label took to the Internet to share a document portraying the Lawsuit.

According to them, Peruzzi had been writing songs, singing, and performing at shows without making any form of payments into their account, as opposed to his contract.
They also claimed that the said singer further went ahead to threaten officials of the company after breaching their contract.
Goldenboy Entertainment alleged that they had not earned any money from Peruzzi despite him making so much from his songs and shows.
Their document read;
“GoldenBoy Entertainment has commenced legal proceedings against Peruzzi in suit Suit No: LD2902GCM/2018 at the High Court of Lagos State. Rather than submit to the jurisdiction of the court.
Peruzzi has been going about threatening officials of GoldenBoy with violence. In addition, he has shown so much disdain and disrespect for the judicial process.
“as it is now, GoldenBoy has not made any amount whatsoever from its intellectual property rights with respect to all works written, produced, co-produced and performed by Peruzzi since the inception of the agreement
Peruzzi who is Currently also signed to Davido’s label; “DMW” is however yet to make an official statement or react to the lawsuit.
This is not the first time the singer is engaged in an altercation with his record label. However, they always find a way to settle things out of court.
We really hope the same is the case this time.
