Praise Chinyere Okoh Abasi whose stage name is Orie Basi started singing at the age of 8. Orie Basi took her song talent to another level when she joined her high school music group, she is also a member of the Assemblies Of God Church choir, Lome Togo.Orie Basi moved to Nigeria in 2010 to professionalized her musical career. She worked as a back-up artist, song writer and vocal coach at Artleon Studios in Hosanna Hour.
