    Omah Lay threw netizens into a commotion when he publicly lamented his financial situation, stating that they are broke.

    The musician made the decision to issue a state of emergency about his financial situation.

    Omah Lay disclosed on his Instagram story to his fans and followers that he was broke

    Furthermore, what prompted followers to question his mental state was when he issued a warning to them, ordering them never to speak to him.

    He simply writes “Don’t talk to me, I am brooke.’

    He continued by disclosing details of his interaction with an unidentified woman whom he had threatened to block on Instagram after she had repeatedly messaged him pleading for an unknown favour.

    As you may remember, the award-winning artist spoke about his depression a few weeks back and revealed how it got worse after he had a sexual relationship with his therapist.

    He also sang about being depressed in his hit song, “Soso” off his debut album Boy Alone, which was released last year.

    During an interview, the singer revealed how depression inspired his “Boy Alone” debut album.

    The musician, who has demonstrated a love for Twitter on the Bluebird social network, spoke out about the feelings that inspired his debut studio album in a tweet.

    According to the singer, he was psychologically unstable and intended to end his life. Omah Lay said;

    “Boy Alone might BE the last time y’all will hear me cry on a song, On G I was dead ass down, insecure, scared, depressed, loosing my Mind Like I was literally gonna kill myself.”
