Leader of the Marlian Movement, Naira Marley has countered the EFCC over contents taken from his phone.
EFCC who arrested the “soapy” crooner over credit card fraud attempted to present a DVD said to contain the Forensic analysis of the contents on Naira Marley‘s phone last Friday before the Federal High Court in Lagos.
The EFCC asked that the DVD be admitted as an exhibit in evidence against Naira Marley.
The counsel to Naira Marley, Mr. Olalekan Ojo (SAN), raised an objection, contending that the prosecution failed to lay the proper foundation for the tendering of the DVD.
EFCC’s counsel, Mr. Rotimi Oyedepo stated that conditions requisite for the admissibility of the DVD had been met.
