Mr P is turning to gratitude and reflection on his latest single, Chukwu Mme, as the former P-Square star continues the rollout to his forthcoming studio album, OG Forever.

The Igbo-titled record, which translates to God Has Done It, takes a different route from his previous release, I Love You Because. Rather than centering the song around romance, Mr P blends contemporary Afropop with touches of traditional Highlife to create a more reflective sound.
Switching between English and Igbo, the singer focuses on perseverance, hard work and appreciation for the journey so far. The song carries a strong message of faith, with Mr P reflecting on difficult seasons and the progress that has come after them.
Chukwu Mme also gives the OG Forever campaign a broader feel, showing Mr P exploring themes beyond love and celebration. With its thanksgiving-driven message and familiar blend of modern and traditional sounds, the track arrives as an anthem aimed at both everyday listeners and the festive period ahead.
As anticipation continues to build around OG Forever, Mr P is using the new release to remind listeners of the experience and musical identity he has built across his years with P-Square and throughout his solo career.
