    Mr Eazi, the Afrobeats sensation and entrepreneur, has shared his perspective on facing disapproval from both within and outside the music industry. According to the artist, he believes that many individuals harbor resentment towards him because they expect a lot from him.

    He stated, “I think a lot of people don’t like me; I used to have a problem with that, but now I don’t anymore. People expect so much from me because they think we’ve worked together, expecting me to go extra, and I’m talking about generally, not just music.”

    Mr Eazi emphasized that he perceives that many people see him as someone who doesn’t deserve the success he has achieved in life. He mentioned instances where people express dislike for him without being able to articulate specific reasons or evidence.

    Despite the negativity, Mr. Eazi highlighted that the success and grace in his life are attributed to a higher power. He urged those harboring resentment to redirect their feelings, saying, “If you’re hating me for the grace that is on my head, don’t hate me, hate my maker because this is not me, this is the oil on my head.”
