Mercy Chinwo’s producer accuses ex-record label owner of failing to pay royalties for her hit tracks
In a recent episode of the Honest Bunch podcast, Mercy Chinwo’s music producer, Dr. Roy, broke down in tears as he made serious allegations against the popular gospel musician’s record label.
Dr. Roy claimed that Mercy Chinwo had not compensated him for his work on her hit songs and had failed to support him when his father fell ill with a stroke.
During the podcast, Dr. Roy recounted the long hours he had dedicated to producing Mercy Chinwo’s music, hoping that his efforts would lead to financial stability for his family. However, he expressed deep disappointment that he had not received adequate compensation for his contributions.
Dr. Roy emotionally revealed that he had reached out to Mercy Chinwo for assistance when his father suffered a stroke, but she allegedly brushed off his request, reassuring him that his father would be fine. These allegations brought Dr. Roy to tears during the podcast, forcing him to pause several times to compose himself.
