    Nigerian artist Ckay’s global mega-hit “Love Nwantiti”, has received gold certification in France after 15 million total streams and 100,000 units sold.

    Nigerian singer-songwriter Chukwuka Ekweani better known as Ckay has received gold certification in France thanks to his global smash hit “Love Nwatiti”.

    The song became the second Nigerian song to do so in a matter of weeks.

    This was posted via Instagram on Wednesday, the 13th of October 2021.

     “Love Nwantiti” was released in 2019 on “Ckay The First” EP.

    Since then, it has been doing wonders on streaming platforms, and still remains one of Ckay biggest hits.

    Recall, Mp3bullet reported that  Ckay made his debut at No. 2 on Billboard Global 200 chart with his song “Love Nwantiti”. The takes the top spot on the global list ahead of international superstars such as Lil Nas, Ed Sheeran, and Billie Eilish, to mention a few.

    The Afrobeat singer has become the first Afrobeat artist to chart on Billboard Independent Albums Chart, establishing himself as the New King of Boys.

    In Addition, This year, Rema’s song “Dumebi” was also certified gold in France. The single was released in 2019 under his imprint Mavin Records & Jonzing World as the lead track off his self-titled EP.
