Leeds United confirm signing of Diogo Monteiro from Servette.
Leeds United announced the deadline-day signing of defender Diogo Monteiro, who joins the club from Swiss Super League side Servette FC on Tuesday.
The third-youngest player to play in the Swiss Super League is Monteiro, who made his league debut at the age of 16 with Servette.
Additionally, the defender has made over 30 appearances for Portugal at various Under-15 through Under-19 levels on the international stage.

He has participated in seven matches across all leagues for the Maroons, who are presently third in the standings, at the club level.
The young man, who just turned 18 years old, has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with Elland Road and will first join the Under-21 team.
