LaLiga: Barcelona go top of the table ahead of El Clasico clash against Real Madrid
On Sunday, Barcelona defeated Celta Vigo 1-0 to retake the lead in the LaLiga standings. The Catalans were able to win all three games at Camp Nou thanks to Pedri’s goal in the first half.

The Spain midfielder has scored in each of his last four attempts and has eight goals from 16 shots on goal in LaLiga. After eight games, Barcelona and Real Madrid are tied on points with 22.
However, Xavi Hernandez’s men have the better goal difference as they prepare to face each other next Sunday in El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.
It was also the seventh consecutive league win for Barcelona.
