Nigerian music star, Korede Bello has finally disclosed why he hasn’t been active on social media in weeks.
On November 3rd, Korede Bello took to Instagram to thank those who checked in on him while he was taking a sabbatical from social media.
He claimed that he took the vacation to improve his mental health.
Korede Bello confessed that everything that has been going on on social media has had a significant impact on him and that he needs some time to clear his thoughts.
He confirmed that the break was beneficial to him and that he would strongly suggest it to anyone struggling with mental health issues.

He wrote;
I am mega grateful to everyone one of you that was concerned about my well being while i was absent.
Especially everyone that messaged me (I wish I could respond to everyone of you but…) I appreciate you so much.
Thank you for making me feel special, like a friend…you are family to me.
I was away because I needed to take a break from social media. You should try it sometime too, it’s good for you and your mental health. Get in touch with nature or simply observe what’s going on in your mind. Talk to yourself, it’s healthy. Talk to God it’s safe.
I’m back now and I’m going to continue to try my best to put a smile on your face as much as I can possibly can.”
