Kidd Carder continues to build on his 2026 momentum with Anybody, a new solo record that adds another layer to his growing catalogue.
Coming after his Before I Blow EP and appearances on records such as CKay’s AFRICAN GIRLS, the singer-songwriter uses the release to further establish the sound he has been developing.

Anybody settles into a laid-back Afro-pop groove, with gentle guitar melodies, steady drums, and atmospheric synths shaping the backdrop. The production is warm without feeling crowded, giving Kidd Carder enough space to let his voice carry the emotion of the song.
His delivery moves between rough-edged verses and a smoother, memorable chorus, creating a balance between street energy and melody. That contrast reflects the rapper-turned-singer’s ability to move naturally between different sides of his artistry.
At its core, Anybody is about standing on your own, recognising fake friendships, and keeping your eyes on the bigger goal despite the pressure that comes with everyday life. Kidd Carder approaches these themes from a familiar perspective, turning personal experiences and observations into something young listeners can easily connect with.
With another solid release in the bag, Kidd Carder continues to steadily shape his identity while positioning himself for a bigger run in the mainstream.
