Kanye West opens up about his battle with coronavirus and why he stopped supporting Trump.
Kanye West who recently announced he would be contesting for the presidential election was asked which party he would be under during a recent interview with Forbes.
The rapper revealed it won’t be either the Republican or Democrats but under the Birthday party. when asked why he said, “Because when we win, it’s everybody’s birthday.”
Kanye West also revealed that his wife Kim Kardashian and Elon musk would be in charge of campaigns and advising him.
The “ye” rapper also speaking on why he no longer supported Donald Trump, he said, “It looks like one big mess to me. I don’t like that I caught wind that he hid in the bunker.”
He also revealed his experience when he caught the coronavirus in February,
“Chills, shaking in the bed, taking hot showers, looking at videos telling me what I’m supposed to do to get over it.
“I remember someone had told me Drake had the coronavirus and my response was Drake can’t be sicker than me!”
When asked why he chose to run for the presidential elections now, he responded with,
“God just gave me the clarity and said it’s time.
“You know I was out there, ended up in the hospital, people were calling me crazy. I’m not crazy,” he said.
“Between all of the influences and the positions that we can be put in as musicians… It can drive you crazy, through all of that I was looking crazy because it wasn’t the time. Now it’s time. And we’re not going crazy, we’re going Yeezy, it’s a whole ‘notha level now. N-O-T-H-A.”
