Joan Laporta Speaks on Barcelona’s January Transfer Window.
The President of Barcelona Football Club, Joan Laporta has given the club’s supporters a strong signal that new players may be joining in the January transfer window.
Barcelona were one of the most active club during the summer transfer window, they did major deals by getting players in for free.

Laporta was responding to a question regarding the prospect of the team adding players during the upcoming transfer window. He claims that the club is interested in recruiting players. He said:
We are working on January market. We’re discussing internally with the board, Xavi and his staff. We have the intention to improve our squad, as always.
