    Davido once again proved his superstar status as he shut down the 25,000-capacity Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly known as the Liberty Stadium) in Ibadan, Oyo State, with an unforgettable performance that has since become one of the most talked-about moments online.

    The show, held on Saturday, November 9, 2025, was nothing short of electric. Davido owned the stage for hours, performing over 40 songs from his impressive catalogue before wrapping up the night around 3 a.m. with his Grammy-nominated hit “With You,” featuring Omah Lay.

    The concert was part of his ongoing 5Alive Tour, which has been lighting up cities across Nigeria. It kicked off with a sold-out show at the 30,000-capacity Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, and later made stops at Mahmud Ribadu Square in Adamawa State on October 29, 2025, and Michael Okpara Square in Enugu on November 1, 2025.

    In Ibadan, the energy was unmatched. With Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State among the high-profile guests, the stadium roared with excitement from start to finish.

    Davido also brought out special guests, including Dremo, Mayorkun, and B-Red, who each delivered stellar performances, turning the night into a full-blown Afrobeats celebration.
