Davido Declares Weed Is Not an Illicit Drug, Highlights Foundation’s Work
Superstar Afrobeats singer Davido has shared his perspective on weed, stating that he does not classify it as an illicit substance.
During an appearance on The Morning Hustle show, the globally celebrated musician opened up about his thoughts on drug use and the efforts of his foundation to address societal challenges.
“These days, I don’t count weed as a drug,” Davido remarked. He explained further, referencing a recent social media post that sparked discussions. “I posted something, and a lot of people were like, ‘But you smoke weed.’ Many people are going through so much of recent. The dr¥g is taking over. So, I want to donate to the cause. We need to help them quickly.”
Davido also highlighted his commitment to supporting individuals battling drug addiction through his foundation, emphasizing the urgency of assisting those affected.
