Nigerian music superstar Wizkid has officially confirmed the release date for his highly anticipated track “Piece of My Heart” from his upcoming ‘Morayo‘ album.
The song, which features American singer and songwriter Brent Faiyaz, is set to drop on October 18, 2024, sparking excitement among fans on social media.
Wizkid announced on his Instagram page today, October 12, 2024, with a simple post stating, “Oct 18th! 🦅 #pieceofmyheart.”
Fans had already gotten a glimpse of the song through a video snippet Wizkid shared earlier, and the anticipation grew after he hosted a listening party in London.
The event featured Brent Faiyaz, DJ Tunez, and other notable figures. The song, described as a nostalgic bop, is one of the most anticipated releases from the ‘Morayo‘ album, which promises to showcase Wizkid’s evolving sound.
