Nigerian Rapper, Falz has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to the lives that were lost during the Lekki Tollgate shooting on the 20th of October, 2020.
Today marks the one year anniversary of the Lekki Tollgate shooting and Falz has joined others to pay honour to those who lost their lives during the incident.
In the post he shared on Instgram, he said that today is a day of honour for the lives lost during the shooting as they sacrifice their lives for a bigger cause
In his words;
“365 days ago, Nigerian citizens were shot and killed at the toll gate by our own military men.
Today we honour them because they have sacrificed their very existence for a cause bigger than all of us.
They live forever in our hearts ????
We will never ever forget ❤️✊????”

The rapper alongside other Nigerians is set to host a car procession memorial at the Lekki Toll Gate to honour the one year anniversary.
