Emtee fights to clear his name in court
Rapper Emtee is mired in a legal dispute after his estranged wife took him into court on charges of domestic abuse and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has received submissions from the award-winning rapper’s attorneys asking it not to charge him with a crime for allegedly beating Nicole Kendall Chinsamy, who was seven months pregnant at the time meanwhile, this was revealed by Sunday World.
“It appears there was a delay because the presentation of the representations will be made further on Tuesday,” said the tipster.
According to the source of information, Emtee also requested mediation between himself and Chinsamy in the hopes of coming to a settlement without going to court.
