Canadian superstar Drake has delivered what many are already calling one of the most dominant chart performances in modern music history, following the release of his three-project rollout, ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR.

The surprise drop strategy paid off massively, as all three projects stormed global streaming platforms and rewrote Billboard history in a single tracking week, cementing Drake’s grip on commercial music dominance.
In a historic achievement, Drake became the first artist ever to occupy the Top 3 positions on the Billboard 200 simultaneously. ICEMAN debuted at No. 1, followed closely by HABIBTI at No. 2 and MAID OF HONOUR at No. 3, a clean sweep that immediately set social media buzzing across the music industry.
ICEMAN led the charge with a staggering opening week, pulling in over 463,000 units and reportedly surpassing 462 million U.S. streams, making it the biggest streaming week of 2026 so far.
The milestone also marked Drake’s 15th No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, pushing him past Jay-Z for the most chart-topping albums by a solo male rapper, while placing him level with Taylor Swift among solo artists overall. Only The Beatles remain ahead in the all-time tally.
On the Billboard Hot 100, the Canadian star extended his dominance even further. His track “Janice STFU” debuted at No. 1, earning him his 14th Hot 100 chart-topper and officially breaking the long-standing record previously associated with Michael Jackson for the most No. 1 singles by a solo male artist.
Drake also continued to expand his overall presence on the Hot 100, now boasting a record 402 entries on the chart — the highest ever achieved by any artist.
The rapper’s impact for the week was so massive that he placed 42 songs simultaneously on the Hot 100, surpassing the previous record held by Morgan Wallen, who had 37 entries. He also extended his own record for the most Hot 100 Top 10 hits, which now stands at 90.

Across streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, the rollout turned into a global takeover, with Drake reportedly emerging as the most-streamed artist in a single day for 2026. ICEMAN also recorded the biggest album debut on streaming platforms this year.
More than a decade into his career, Drake’s latest achievement further reinforces his rare ability to dominate charts, streaming records, and global music culture all at once — a level of consistency few artists in history have ever matched.
