Inspired by the idea that people often overlook celebrating their existence amidst life’s challenges, ‘Pembelani’ bursts with warm melodies and rhythmic instrumentals. Recorded with passion and fun, this album captures the essence of celebrating life through all seasons.

A distinguished academic and musician, Dr. Mbada’s journey into music began in 2024 with his debut EP, ‘Ndo vha ndi tshi ya fhi?’. His background in writing radio dramas and books solidified his songwriting skills, leading him to explore African music.
As Director at Tshwane University of Technology, Dr. Mbada holds a PhD in education management. His songs resonate across settings, from parties to corporate events. Influenced by Papa Wemba, Koffi Olomide, and Oliver Mtukudzi, Dr. Mbada aims to elevate his artistry globally.
