DJ Cuppy has opened up on her relationship with Kiddwaya, who happens to be her friend, and the internet is waiting to see the drama unfold.
In an interview, DJ Cuppy discussed her friendship with Kiddawaya who was part of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown edition and how he was a wonderful friend before he became famous.
During a recent interview with Zeze Milli, the female DJ spoke out about the reality star, revealing that Kiddwaya changed when he became famous.
During the talk show, DJ revealed how close she was to Kidd before suddenly seeing him on the Big Brother Naija show.
She explained how seeing Kiddwaya on Big Brother Naija reality show made her feel.
The host then pointed out to her that it seemed she had an issue with the “change in dynamics” of their relationship when he went for the show and Cuppy responded: “Yeah, anyone would.”
She said;
“On social media people felt I was obsessed with Kid, Think about a normal guy friend, next time you see him he is on Big Brother Naija, imagine if that friend is someone you are cool with or whatever and the next time you see them they are trying to hide their faces.”

DJ Cuppy further stated that Kiddwaya has always been adamant about his desire to become popular.
She acknowledged being harsh with him, claiming that she should have recognized his popularity as a friend.
Cuppy, on the other hand, stated that, despite his celebrity, she has no idea what he does.
In her words;
”Yeah, Kidd always said he… which freaks me out. Kidd always said he wants to be famous, so I probably should have picked up on that.
“And, I think that, I’ll admit, it’s difficult when you’re used to being a certain person in the room and I’m a human and I’ll say that and I think I’ll say that I was too hard on him, but I still don’t know what his job is.”
