Davido reveals when his wedding to Chioma might take place
Davido has announced that he and Chioma Rowland, the mother of his son Ifeanyi would likely be having their wedding in 2023.
The gifted singer made the admission in a video posted on Instagram by Nigerian preacher Tobi Adegboyega, who lives in the UK.
In the video, Adegboyega hailed Chioma as “Our wife, our real wife,” and Davido added, “Hundred per cent, going down, 2023.”
The video’s caption read: “002, 2023. That’s my job, good family.”
Recall that Adegboyega had earlier gifted Chioma one Hermes Birkin bag.

Chioma, the mother of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi, was spotted with the singer in several videos, years after their rumoured breakup.
The Davido-Chioma love affair captivated the world’s attention, with the media closely following the couples’ every move.
Davido featured her on a single in his sophomore album, “A Good Time,” and the two quickly became a couple in the entertainment world.
On Saturday, July 14, 2018, the music singer passionately expressed his intention to marry Chioma Rowland.
The 28-year-old musician excitedly shared with his Instagram followers that he can not wait to be known as Chioma’s spouse and spend the rest of his life with her.
In 2019, exactly ten days after the introduction ceremony between their families, the singer officially proposed marriage to a heavily pregnant Chioma in London. Chioma accepted the proposal expectedly.
Months after, the lovebirds welcomed their first child together, Ifeanyi David Adeleke, who became Davido’s first son and third child.
However, 2020 ended without Davido’s relationship with Chioma culminating on the altar with rumours that there were cracks in their relationship.
The duo’s relationship experienced a setback after news of him having yet another child with an America model-cum-makeup artiste, Larissa London broke.
But in September 2022, their relationship set sail again as they’ve been seen together at different events loving up on each.
