Another EFCC witness has surfaced against Naira Marley as cyber fraud case against the Marlins nation president continues.
The witness Mr Agustine who was identified to be a forensic expert and a staff of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commissions, EFCC narrated how he examined and analyzed the content of an iPhone 11 allegedly retrieved from the songster.
After producing the result of his findings, the EFCC then went ahead to tender a 30-page report of the findings of Mr Agustine before Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Lagos.

Objecting to the tendering of the findings of the EFCC before the court, counsel to Naira Marley Olalekan Ojo argued that the EFCC’s document was not part of the documents front-loaded to the defence team and he was unaware of its contents.
It will be recalled that another forensic expert Nuru Buhari had earlier testified against the songster, revealing that various stolen credit card information was retrieved from the musician’s laptop.
