Don Jazzy who about the ripple effect of the lockdown on the Nigerian masses further advised that the Government look towards diversifying the economy.

The ripple effect of this global pandemic comes to mind. Our economy has always been on the edge and with the high number of poor Nigerian citizens, all hands must be on deck so they don’t suffer on the long term.
When all this is over, we must work towards a diversified economy.
We need to understand the economic implications of an oil crash especially when it falls so far below our budget benchmark.
It’s hard to avoid an Inflation and a devalued currency. How many Nigerians are self-sufficient today? The masses are still going to bear the brunt, sadly.
