Popular and classical Nigerian singer Asa has cancelled her Europe, Lagos and Abuja tour date due to the increasing spread of Global pandemic, coronavirus.
Asa who is billed to perform tonight at Ris Origis in France has cancelled her planned show and other of her European tours.
Explaining that the cancellation wasn’t an easy decision, the Fire on the mountain crooner further explained that it was needed for the safety of herself fans and crew.
Asa who later announced the cancellation of her London, Lagos and Abuja shows after fresh cases of coronavirus hit Nigeria revealed that all purchased tickets will be refunded.

Giving the announcement of the sad development on Instagram Asa wrote:
Unfortunately due to the developing coronavirus situation, I have cancelled my upcoming European tour dates, including tonight’s at Ris Orangis.

It wasnt an easy decision to come to but giving the on going concerns, it is the right decision , for the safety of my band, crew and fans, new date will be announced for the coming months.
I will give an update for the March 29th London show shortly.
The show in Lagos and Abuja will go on as planned.

Announcing the cancellation of her London, Lagos and Abuja shows, Asa further wrote:
Due to developing Covid-19 situation and for your health and safety, I am sad to announce that i will be rescheduling my shows in London on March 29th, Lagos April 11th and Abuja April 13th.

All Purchased tickets will be duly refunded and a new date will be announced as soon as possible.
