Basketmouth to feature Victony, Duncan Mighty, and others on new album, ‘Uburu’
Prominent Nigerian comedian Basketmouth has just unveiled his forthcoming album, “Uburu,” with a release date set for October 27, 2023. In this exciting reveal, he’s also shared the list of featured artists who will join him on the album.
This momentous announcement comes on the heels of his recent single release, “Party,” which features the talented Peruzzi and made its debut on the music scene on October 13, 2023.
Renowned for his stand-up comedy prowess, as recognized by the Nigerian Comedy Award, Basketmouth has been making a mark in the music industry since 2020, when he dropped “Papa Benji,” collaborating with artists like Flavour and Phyno.
“Uburu” is expected to feature collaborations with some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, including Peruzzi, Reminisce, Torrian Ball, Timi Dakolo, Falz, Boj, Duktor Sett, Duncan Mighty, Bayanni, Laycon, and Lojay. Additionally, Ghanaian sensation Shatta Wale will also be part of this star-studded lineup.
