The singer made this known in an interview with Kojo Manuel.
American rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer Chance The Rapper has revealed why he always has the Number 3 inscribed on his caps.
Speaking in an interview with Kojo Manuel, the rapper intimated that it used to be only him, his wife and his first daughter, Kensli Benett and for that, he had to inscribe that number on his caps.
The rapper said that the number refers to himself, his wife, and their first daughter, but now that they have a second child, it is no longer valid.

However, he said that should he have a third child with his wife, probably the number could stand for his three kids but as it stands now, it doesn’t work for him anymore even though he still wears it.
