Nigerian Rapper, CDQ has reacted to a claim from a fan that fellow rapper, Olamide gave him fame.
CDQ during a question and answer session was asked by a fan who his favorite rappers were and he mentioned Notorious B.I.G, Jay Z, Juelz Santana, Nas as his International favorites. Then Vector, Reminisce, and himself as his favorites for Nigeria.
Another curious fan asked he didn’t mention Olamide in the list, claiming that he owes his fame to the “Eru” crooner.
The “Indomine” rapper in response debunked the claim, saying that God is the only one who gives fame.
When another fan asked if there was an issue between him and Olamide, he said he had no issue with anyone.

The two rappers both rap in Yoruba and collaborated on CDQ’s first hit song, “Indomie”. They have been compared so many times.
