American music star, Cardi B has responded to criticism over her performance of her 2020 hit song, “WAP” at the 63rd Grammys.
The Criticism came from the camp of an American politician, Errol Webber who criticized Cardi B over what he believes to be hypocrisy.
He posted a video of Cardi rapping along to her song, WAP and then shutting the song off when her daughter, Kulture walked into the room.
He claimed that if she could protect her daughter from listening to the song, she knew what she was doing was wrong.
He stated that the rapper was deliberately choosing to corrupt other people’s kids by performing the song with a raunchy dance routine on national television.

Cardi in response fired back;
“The Grammies are PG. That means parental guidance. Meaning is your job like it is to mine to my child to monitor what they watch. My performance was around 10 pm on a Sunday Your child should be in bed ready for school the next day why are they up watching Wap?”
