Nigerian music star; Burna Boy’s “Anybody”, bags third position at New york times’ list of top 54 songs in the year 2019.
The “Pull up” singer does us proud once again, as he gets honored by prestigious US lifestyle magazine; “New york times”.
From the recently released list; Burna Boy’s “Anybody” took the third position after Lizzo’s “Cuz I love you” and FKA Twigs for “Cellophane”.
Burna Boy released “Anybody” is in July 2019 off his Grammy-nominated African giant album.
Laying more emphases on the song, they wrote;
“The calm, husky tone and understated beats of Burna Boy, from Nigeria, belie a determination to unite Africa and its diaspora. This track from his 2019 album, ‘African Giant,’ is both insinuating and ambitious”.
We, however, say congrats to the African giant, the sky remains your point of view!!!
