If you don’t succeed, there’s no evidence that you tried your best – Burna Boy
Nigerian award-winning artist Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu MFR, known professionally as Burna Boy, has offered some pearls of wisdom regarding success and navigating life.
He claimed that if someone didn’t succeed in life, there would be no proof that they gave it their all.
In a video, the self-described African Giant made this claim and said that someone who makes this claim would always have to defend themselves if there is no proof of their labour bearing fruit.
Burna Boy noted that if someone claimed to have worked extremely hard but has nothing to show for it, no one would trust them.
He continued by saying that’s the reason he and his team are striving so hard to succeed in the industry
He said; “For this life, if you no make am, no evidence say you try your best. You go dey explain tire, you go explain, explain, explain, because no evidence say you try your best if you no make am for this life.
No be the one wey we go kpai now, they’ll say oh! he tried his best, how do you know?”
