Amina Mohammed, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, welcomes Burna Boy to the UN.
Nigerian Singer, Burna Boy has paid a visit to the United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina J Mohammed.
Burna Boy who is currently in New York for his Madison Square Garden show took the time to visit the United Nations headquarter where he was welcomed by the Deputy Secretary-General.
The Sec-Gen, Amina Mohammed took to her verified Twitter page to announce the arrival of the Nigerian Superstar at the Organization’s Headquarters.
Describing him as her compatriot, she said that Burna continues to be an inspiration to young people around the globe with his many talents.
In his words;
“I had the opportunity to welcome my compatriot @burnaboy here at the @UN HQ. Burna continues to inspire young people around the world with his amazing talents.”

In another video sighted by Mp3bullet.ng on Twitter, Burna could be seen freestyling for the Secretary-General and others about the soot situation in Port-Harcourt.
His performance amazed his audience who showed it by clapping excitedly for him.
