Global Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy has once again captured public attention, not with a new single, but with a jaw-dropping luxury car acquisition.
The Grammy-winning artist recently took delivery of a McLaren Senna, a high-performance supercar valued at a staggering ₦3.5 billion.

The rare vehicle, known for its sleek design and elite engineering, was showcased in newly surfaced photos and videos circulating on social media.
In one viral clip shared by user @BENNY7GG on Elon Musk’s X platform, Burna Boy is seen inspecting the car upon its arrival before taking it for a spin. The user captioned the post:
“Looks like Burna Boy’s McLaren Senna has arrived in Nigeria. It’s worth 3.5 Billion Naira. 1/15!”
The McLaren Senna, named after legendary Formula One driver Ayrton Senna, is one of the rarest and most exclusive supercars in the world, with only 500 units produced globally.
Its arrival in Nigeria further underlines Burna Boy’s status as not just a musical heavyweight but a connoisseur of high-end automobiles.
This latest addition joins an already impressive collection that includes Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and more, fitting for an artist whose global success continues to break barriers for African music and culture.
