The Gold certification by SNEP (Syndicat National de l’Édition Phonographique) underscores the track’s popularity in the French-speaking market, signifying over 100,000 units sold.
This milestone not only reinforces Burna Boy’s global impact but also highlights the expanding reach of Afrobeats across Europe and beyond.

In other news, Burna Boy has earned yet another prestigious SNEP Platinum certification, further solidifying his reign as Nigeria’s most decorated artist in France.
This latest accolade comes from his feature on Coldplay’s 2024 hit single We Pray, which also includes contributions from Little Simz, Elyanna, and Tini.
The track, lifted from Coldplay’s Moon Music album, has now officially gone Platinum in France, marking Burna Boy’s 10th certified track in the country.
The milestone arrives shortly after City Boy—from Burna’s I Told Them album—also clinched Platinum status in France.
