Popular Nigerian singer; Burna Boy emerges victorious as he wins MTV European music award under “Best Africa Act”
The “Ye” singer continues to do us proud as he bags several awards this year. First, it was “Artist of the year”, at The Headies 2019, and AFRIMMA19. This is his third award this year.
Nominated alongside him was; Teni the Entertainer, South Africa’s Prince Kaybee and Nasty C, Harmonize from Tanzania and Togo’s group; TooFan.
The award show was held on the same day and time as his concert in SSE Arena Wembley London.

“Mp3bullet,” however, reports that Burna Boy was interrupted during his stage performance at his show by his mother and manager; Mrs Bose Ogulu.
She ran up to the stage and gave the good news that Burna Boy had won the prestigious award.
