BNXN reveals why he likes Portable
Contrary to popular belief, this year’s Headies Award next ranked winner Daniel Benson popularly known as BNXN said he likes his colleague Portable.
Previously known as Buju, the musician revealed this in a recent exclusive interview with The Nation during his prize-giving ceremony, which took place at the RayCharles performance centre in Atlanta, United States.
BNXN said he has never been threatened by Portable’s rise as he’s always liked his person from a distance. He said: “No, I don’t know why but I like Portable, for some reason, I think he is one of the outspoken guys and he says a lot of real shit but he clowns it in his insanity.
There are sometimes he is communicating, saying some proper shit but people always overlook him because of the way he even brings it, it’s dumb.”

In other news, Portable is on his way to working with an American rapper for the first time.
The Zazu hitmaker has stated that he is prepared to take his music to the international market. He posted a screenshot of a direct message (DM) that American rapper Trippie Redd had sent to him.
Portable approached the rapper and expressed his desire to appear on his song.
In his words; “I’ve gat Chorus for you. Let’s give them the street vibes zazuu”.
On seeing his message, Trippie Redd said; ‘We gotta work brother.’
