Bayern Munich celebrate Allianz Arena anniversary with 2025/26 away Jersey

German giants Bayern Munich have unveiled their new adidas away kit for the 2025/26 upcoming season, with the design serving as a heartfelt tribute to their iconic home ground, the Allianz Arena, which they moved into two decades ago.
The white shirt features subtle grey and coral patterning—an aesthetic choice directly influenced by the luminous outer shell of the Allianz Arena, a stadium that has become synonymous with the club’s identity since 2005.
Before settling into the now-famous structure, Bayern spent over three decades playing at the historic Olympiastadion, a venue known for its architectural uniqueness.
However, with ambitions to build a modern home, the Allianz Arena project took shape in the early 2000s and officially opened at the end of the 2004/05 season. The venue later played host to matches during the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

The Bundesliga champions, who secured the title following Bayer Leverkusen’s draw on Sunday, will wear the newly released kit on 10 May during their second-to-last domestic match of the campaign.
Although that fixture against Borussia Monchengladbach is a home tie, Bayern have chosen the occasion to debut the away kit at the very stadium that inspired it—a symbolic move that perfectly aligns with the club’s legacy and emotional connection to the Allianz Arena.
The match will also serve as a special send-off for veteran forward and club legend Thomas Müller, who is set to bid farewell to Bayern at the end of the season after an illustrious career.
