August Alsina shared an explosive revelation on his relationship with Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett.
August Alsina who has been off the music scene for a while dues to a rare sickness sat down for an interview with Angela Yee to about his recent album, “The ProductIII: State of Emergency”.
During the interview, he opened up about his alleged relationship with Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett. He said that he and Jada had a relationship with Will’s approval and blessings.
“I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation … He gave me his blessing,” he said. “And I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life, and I truly and really, really, deeply loved and have a ton of love for her (Jada).
I devoted myself to it. I gave my full self to it. So much so that I can die right now, and be OK knowing that I fully gave myself to somebody … Some people never get that in this lifetime.”
The Benediction singer said that the conversation is quite difficult to understand but he had to speak up to clear his name as the whole issue affect him and his career.
He said that walking away from the relationship almost cost him his life as it broke him and that the hardest thing he has ever experience in his lifetime.
