August Alsina comes out as he discloses his new love
On the reality show, “The Surreal Life,” August Alsina appears to come out and introduces his potential boyfriend.
On a recent episode of VH1’s The Surreal Life, the singer talked openly about his romantic life. August spoke about finding love in unorthodox ways during his confessional before bringing his new love on camera.
“I would like a love that feels limitless,” August shared on the show. “And then what do you know? Love showed up, but in a new way. I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching my so much about love and healing. I want to that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like.”
August did not label his sexuality, and it is unclear if he is in a romantic relationship with the man, but it appears the man whose name is Zaza could be his boyfriend.

Fans discovered that August had previously shared the same person on his Instagram account.
“ZaZa first performance last night,” August captioned a photo of himself and Zaza. “DC popped the cherry. It was loveeeeee. Thank y’all so much.”

According to Za’s Instagram page, he’s also a singer and upcoming artist who goes by the name Zu. Back in July, he released his single “Yeah Yeah” featuring August Alsina. This isn’t the August’s romantic life was the subject of Internet fodder.
August is well known for his romantic relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith. In June 2020, he claimed that Will Smith gave him permission to enter a relationship with her, but then her rep denied it.
Days later, Jada Pollock appeared on Red Table Talk with Will and they revealed that she actually did have a romantic relationship with August during a period of time when the couple was separated, but they denied Will gave permission. She called the relationship an “entanglement,” which made the term go viral at the time.
