Asake’s show organizers apologize to fans over Baltimore show Incident
Asake’s management company, 1805 entertainment, has publicly addressed the situation involving the singer’s need to leave the stage in the middle of his performance at the Baltimore leg of his “Mr. Money With The Vibe” US tour.
1805 Entertainment apologised to fans for the abrupt and unexpected action that occurred on stage, explaining that the move was necessary due to situations beyond their control, as evidenced by multiple recordings that surfaced to that effect.
The show organisers said they also want to ensure the “safety and security of everyone”.
“1805 Entertainment and Asake would like to apologise to everyone that came out to last night’s show at [Baltimore],” it reads.
“We deeply regret that things didn’t go as planned and we are truly sorry for all confusion and inconvenience.
“We had the greatest of intentions to bring you an amazing show, but there were factors tonight that simply fell beyond our control. The safety and security of everyone in attendance was our number one concern.
“Both 1805 and Asake share nothing but love and respect for all of his supporters. We will do everything we can to make it right, and we hope to have the opportunity to share another experience with you soon.”

Many people had conjectured that the reason the singer had to leave the stage was that one of his security detail members had supposedly had his gun stolen from the event venue.
In the video which was shared on social media, Asake could be seen hurriedly whisked off the stage bringing his performance on the night of Sunday, October 10, 2022, to an end. It is however uncertain if a refund would be granted or if another date and venue would be selected for the artist to perform in Baltimore again.
