Asake has expanded his luxury car collection once again after taking delivery of a brand-new Mercedes-Maybach, adding another high-end vehicle to his growing fleet as he continues his “In God We Trust“ world tour.

The Afrobeats star subtly confirmed the latest acquisition through posts on his Instagram page and story, while Lagos luxury automobile dealer Polanco Exotic Cars also celebrated the delivery on social media. Although the dealership referred to the buyer only as “Mr X,” fans quickly connected the dots after Asake shared images of the luxury ride.
Neither the singer nor the dealership disclosed the exact Maybach model or how much it cost. However, vehicles from Mercedes-Benz’s ultra-luxury Maybach lineup typically command prices running into hundreds of thousands of dollars, putting their value in the hundreds of millions of naira depending on specifications and custom features.
Based in Lekki, Polanco Exotic Cars has become a popular destination for celebrity automobile purchases in Nigeria, with several notable entertainers and sports personalities reportedly acquiring luxury vehicles through the dealership over the years.

For Asake, this is far from his first premium automobile. The singer already owns an enviable collection that reportedly includes a Maybach GLS 600, a Brabus G800 and multiple Mercedes-AMG G63 models, reflecting the success he has enjoyed since breaking into the mainstream music scene.
The latest addition arrives at a busy period in the singer’s career. Asake is currently on his 13-date “In God We Trust” world tour, which supports his fourth studio album, M$ney, released in May. The tour kicked off with a headline performance at Afro Nation in Portimão, Portugal, on July 4, before heading to North America, where the next leg begins on August 20 in Chicago. It is expected to conclude with a final show at the Accor Arena in Paris.
Both the album and the accompanying tour have continued to strengthen Asake’s international profile, building on years of commercial success and sold-out concerts, including his landmark performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden in 2024.
While no official reason has been given for the latest purchase, the new Maybach has already generated plenty of buzz online, with fans flooding social media to admire the luxury vehicle and speculate about its price.
