Nigerian Afrofuji and hip-hop artist Ahmed Ololade, known professionally as Asake is getting ready to take on a new challenge in the US after announcing that his next “Work Of Art” concert will take place at the renowned Barclays Center.

Asake will perform in front of 18,000 fans in the US in 2023, putting on undoubtedly one of the largest concerts in the country for a Nigerian musician.

This is a major stride forward for the singer, who joined the YBNL label in 2022 and has been in the spotlight since then.

The artist is rapidly gaining popularity internationally, and he has revealed US concerts for this September, including some rather significant locations.

Although it appears that the complete tour announcement is TBA, a press statement notes that he will perform in cities like LA, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Washington, D.C. He also performs at the July Broccoli City event in DC, as previously scheduled.

On September 8, 2023, ‘Mr Money With The Vibe‘ will perform before 19,000 spectators at the Barclays Center, home of the Brooklyn Nets in New York.

The announcement follows the singer’s revelation that he will be performing in the UK’s O2 Arena and releasing his second studio album, titled “Work Of Art.”

The Barclays Center verified the singer’s declaration and also disclosed that ticket sales for this show will begin on Friday, June 16, 2023.
