Fan accuses Asake of damaging his iPhone 16 Pro Max during selfie in France
Nigerian singer Asake has come under fire from social media users after an incident where he reportedly stepped on a fan’s iPhone 16 Pro Max, resulting in significant damage to the device.
The controversy began on September 29, 2024, when a fan named Adeoti shared a TikTok video capturing the moment he attempted to take a picture with Asake. In the footage, Asake is seen pushing the phone to the ground and stomping on it, much to the fan’s dismay.
Adeoti later posted, “@asakemusic You broke my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It’s not because they pissed off inside the nightclub that you are going to react like that towards a fan. Anyway, I still love you.”
