Afro Nation festival announces star-studded lineup for 5th anniversary celebration
Afro Nation is gearing up for a spectacular celebration of its 5th anniversary with a star-studded lineup for its three-day festival, set to take place from July 9–11, 2025, on the breathtaking Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão, Portugal.
Leading the lineup is Afrobeats titan Davido, who makes his highly anticipated return to the Afro Nation main stage after headlining its inaugural edition in 2019. Joining him are powerhouse headliners Burna Boy and Grammy-winning singer Tems, promising electrifying performances that will set the stage ablaze.
Adding to the excitement are newly announced performers such as French rap icon Booba, Jamaican dancehall sensation Dexta Daps, French artist Joé Dwèt Filé, Cape Verdean singer Ronisia, and rising stars from the Amapiano scene, including Felo Le Tee, LeeMcKrazy, Scotts Maphuma, and The Therapist.
Afro Nation has firmly established itself as the ultimate summer destination for African music and culture, bringing together the biggest names in Afrobeats, Amapiano, and beyond.
As The Malachite Group (TMG) stated, “Davido’s return to the Afro Nation main stage is a testament to the festival’s growth and influence. Our 5th anniversary will be a massive celebration, packed with surprises and not-to-be-missed events.”
