The much-awaited white wedding of Afrobeats sensation Davido and his longtime love, Chioma Rowland Adeleke, is officially underway.
Branded Chivido 2025, the celebrations kicked off in spectacular style with a Havana Night-themed pre-wedding party.
The star-studded gathering featured appearances from music heavyweights Zlatan, Adekunle Gold, and B-Red, alongside Davido’s siblings Sharon and Adewale Adeleke, among other close friends and family.
Viral clips from the night show Chioma dazzling in a fairytale-inspired, white cut-out mini dress, while Davido opted for a laid-back ensemble complete with a cowboy hat.

The couple touched down in Miami on Wednesday, August 6, joined by loved ones and their entourage, to put finishing touches on the grand event.
This white wedding follows their lavish traditional ceremony in Lagos back in June 2024 — a celebration many hailed as the “Wedding of the Year.”

That event drew an elite guest list, including the governors of Lagos and Osun States, the Ooni of Ife, top business moguls, and an array of celebrities.
During the traditional rites, Davido assured Chioma’s parents of his intentions, pledging to protect, respect, and cherish her. Now, as the festivities continue in Miami, Chivido 2025 is shaping up to be yet another unforgettable chapter in their love story.
