Afrobeats star, Big Wiz has announced the arrival of a new studio album.
All indications have signaled the arrival of a new studio album from Afrobeats’ biggest music export, Wizkid.
With eager anticipation mounting, Wizkid took to his Instagram stories, simply declaring “album,” igniting excitement among his global fanbase. This highly anticipated release marks his sixth studio album, following the success of “More Love Less Ego,” which was released in 2022.
In July last year, the singer had also hinted about the album in an interview with Capital’s Extra’s Manny Norte, saying “I got a new album ready. New Wiz album…”
Wrapping up 2023 on a high note, Big Wiz treated fans to the “S2” EP, a four-track offering that served as a precursor to his forthcoming album. Notably, “S2” was reported to be a follow-up to his acclaimed 2019 EP, “Soundman.”
As the world eagerly awaits further details on this upcoming musical masterpiece, fans are set to embrace whatever Big Wiz has in store.
