“I never thought I’d see the day all Nigerians would be focused on politics” – Falz
Nigerian rapper, songwriter and activist Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz, has expressed his excitement at his compatriots newfound political consciousness.
Falz has claimed he never imagined he would see a moment when Nigerians would all be interested in the country’s political problems.
That everyone is focused on what is perhaps one of the most heated presidential elections is hardly breaking news.
The “This is Nigeria” hitmaker highlighted that in order to change things from as they currently are, all hands must be on deck.
Nonetheless, he pointed out that the problem of ethnic and religious intolerance, which frequently causes controversy among Nigerian youths, has to be resolved.

The rapper called out the INEC chairman for egregious infractions of the law to its letter.
The lawyer-turned-singer argued that the INEC chairman broke the law by not compiling the presidential election results using the BIVAS technology.

“Dear aggrieved parties,
I’m convinced INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu is in gross violation of the law to its letter.
