South African rapper AKA reacts as Burna Boy plans to perform in South Africa.
Months after swearing never to set foot in SA, Burna Boy is set to headline a show there.
The “Ye” singer, however, made this outburst due to the xenophobic attack of Nigerians in South Africa.
Africans Unite concert is set to hold in Mzansi, SA, and to be headlined by our very own “African giant”
The concert was announced this week and will include performances from Kwesta, Jidenna, Busiswa and many more.
Last month following reports of alleged xenophobic attacks in South Africa, Burna Boy took to social media to express his anger.
A few days ago Burna Boy said in a series of tweets that Africans needed to stick together but also said that he would not set foot in Mzansi.
He took to twitter and wrote;
“I have not set foot in SA since 2017. And I will NOT EVER go to South Africa again for any reason until the SOUTH AFRICAN government wakes up and really performs A miracle because I don’t know how they can even possibly fix this”
South African rapper has also reacted to the news that Burna Boy is coming to South Africa for a show and stated that he will attend the show and watch (Burna Boy) put his hands on him in his own country.
